Lower Back Pain
Do you spend long hours sitting at a desk?
Or long hours standing at work?
Do you often feel pain in your lower back?

If you answered “YES” to one or more of these questions,
then this guide for you!
Did you know that during one working day in the UK, about 1% of the population is off sick because of back pain, making it the most common reason for people to report off work for sickness. If you are suffering from back pain, you are far from being alone.
The back is a complex structure of the body, which is made up of 33 vertebrae, over 30 muscles, numerous ligaments, multiple joints, and inter vertebral discs. When working correctly, all these structures function together to help you move and provide a sturdy foundation for your limbs. However, if one or more of these structures fails to work as it is designed, it creates an imbalance, which can cause discomfort and tightness in and around the lower back.
Other areas of the body, which can have a knock-on effect of pain on the lower back are:
-
Tight Hamstrings
-
Weak Glutes
-
Tight Hip Flexors
-
A Weak Core
In this video we will work on all these areas, with five easy exercises.
Practised daily you will soon start to see the results and be on your way to having a healthy and pain free back.
